We provide digital design and development services including website development, brand identity design, and graphics & motion design. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in each project proposal or agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with remaining payments due according to the agreed schedule.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
